1. Acceptance of these terms

EnglEasyPro (engleasypro.com) provides this website and its materials. By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not create an account, download, or upload materials.

2. The service

EnglEasyPro provides teaching and learning resources — worksheets, presentations, games, bundles, and similar materials — for use in classrooms and personal study. Resources may be published by EnglEasyPro or contributed by registered users. Resources are currently offered free of charge to registered users. Some resources may later be offered for sale through this site or external platforms.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private.
• One account per person; accounts may not be shared.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• The site is intended for educators, students, and parents using materials for legitimate teaching and learning.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

4. What you may do (license)

When you download a resource — whether published by EnglEasyPro or contributed by another user — you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own teaching or study. You may print and copy materials for your own students or your own learning. This same license applies to every resource on the site unless a resource states otherwise.

5. Your content (uploads)

If you upload materials to the site:

• You keep ownership. Uploading does not transfer your copyright to us.
• You grant us a license. You give EnglEasyPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your materials on the site and in connection with the service, and to grant other users the download license described in Section 4.
• You promise the content is yours to share. Only upload materials you created or have the right to distribute. Do not upload copyrighted textbooks, scans, or other people's work.
• No personal data. Uploaded materials must not contain student names, photos, grades, or any other personal information about identifiable people.
• Appropriate content only. Materials must be suitable for educational use and free of unlawful, hateful, or adult content.
• We may review and remove. We do not pre-screen uploads, but we may remove or decline any upload at our discretion, with or without notice, including in response to a copyright complaint.

If you delete your uploads or close your account, we will stop offering your materials to new users; copies already downloaded by others remain licensed under Section 4.

6. What you may not do

• Sell, resell, or charge others for materials downloaded from the site.
• Redistribute materials publicly — including uploading them to other websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services, or social media groups.
• Claim authorship of materials you did not create, or remove EnglEasyPro branding or another contributor's attribution.
• Re-upload another user's resource as your own.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or use automated tools against the site.
• Use the site for any unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purpose.

7. Intellectual property

Materials published by EnglEasyPro are the copyright of EnglEasyPro. Materials contributed by users remain the copyright of their contributors, licensed to us and to downloaders as described above. Downloading a resource never transfers ownership. To report a suspected copyright infringement — including your own work uploaded without permission — contact us via Section 13; we will review and, where justified, remove the material and may sanction the uploading account.

8. Third-party content and links

Some resources link to third-party platforms (such as practice or quiz sites). Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Enforcement — suspension and blocking

If we believe an account has violated these terms — including through infringing or inappropriate uploads — we may, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice: remove content, suspend the account (login remains possible but downloads and uploads are disabled), terminate the account, and/or block the associated network address (IP) from using the site's services. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us via Section 13.

10. Email updates

You choose whether to receive emails about new resources — at signup, and any time afterwards with the bell icon while logged in. Emails required for account security (such as password resets) are always sent when you request them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

11. No warranty; limitation of liability

Materials and the site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. User-contributed materials reflect their contributors, not EnglEasyPro; we do not guarantee their accuracy or originality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnglEasyPro is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or materials. Educational content is provided in good faith but you use it at your own judgment.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

13. Governing law and contact
